I’ve never heard of Breathwork, what is it?
The breathwork I use is called as conscious connected breathing. It’s simply a breathing technique I teach you and each breath session lasts 1 hour. You will get 10 hours of breathwork included in Chris-ten’s Bedside Nurse Survival System. The goal is to teach you so you can use it anytime you need it! Some things breathwork can help with are:
feeling more energized
becoming unstuck
increasing calmness and peace
moving through things quickly
Pro-tip: Breathwork is great for coming up with new ideas!!
I hate people, why is Chris-ten’s Bedside Nurse Survival System in a group setting?
On those days when you look at the assignment and you know it's going to be a rough day, having a strong team around you can make a big difference. Here's a little secret….most people who hate people in general LOVE their people. They’re actually really loyal and genuine! The goal is for you to have community in your corner to support you during and long after the program is done. The group setting is designed to give you a team of nurses in your corner! It's time nurses start supporting one another and this is the perfect nurse survival kit to fuel that.
Why is Chris-ten’s Bedside Nurse Survival System 10 modules? I want to feel better...like yesterday!
Don't worry, you'll feel better after just the first module! 10 sounds like a lot but it’s spread out to not feel overwhelming. It's designed to be something you look forward to doing while helping you build habits that keep you feeling better...for longer. The goal is to help build a resilient lifestyle, not just scrape by another 12 hour shift.

During Chris-ten’s Bedside Nurse Survival School, you have two 1:1 sessions with me to help address all that stinkin' thinkin' that's been dragging you down for all these years.
